The house is situated in Benitachell, just below Cumbre del Sol mountain. It is in a very private, quiet area although just 5-10 minutes away to Benitachell village, supermarket ,school etc, and beaches.
The views of the house are Montgo Mountain, Benitachell village and the Mountain.

As you walk in through the main front door,you enter the sitting room , with two seperate areas; television area and chimney area. Here there is a staircase that takes you uptairs.
If we follow through the stting room we come into the big Kitchen/dinning room all in one. The kitchen has a chimney specialy built for indoor barbecues.
At the side of the dinning room there is a store room/washing maching room etc.
A wooden staircase leads from the dinning room upstairs to the study/bedroom. This study overlooks the kitchen ,as the ceiling is very high.
From the study we go through a hall which leads to the main bedroom, with doble doors and balcony overlooking the garden.
Next to the main bedroom we find the complete bathroom, all decoration is with earthenware tiles.
Further down the hall is the second main bedroom, leading on to the stairs which take us back down to the sitting room.
