Information about Cumbre del Sol

Cumbre del Sol is the coastal area for the town of El Poble Nou de Benitachell, located in the North Costa Blanca between the towns of Moraira and Javea (10 – 15 minutes' drive from the apartments).

Alicante airport is about 90 km south (an hour drive) and Valencia airport about 130 km (an hour and a half drive).

Cumbre del Sol has a shopping centre, supermarket, chemist, hairdressers and a few cafes, bars and restaurants. For leisure activities, you can find an equestrian centre, several hiking trails, tennis and paddle courts.

There are three beach areas to visit in Cumbre del Sol, the main beach area of Cala del Moraig, a stone beach with parking and in the summer months a beachside café/restaurant. The two other beaches of Cala Los Testos and Cala Lleberg are only accessible by foot or by sea, but both are certainly worth visiting for places of unspoilt natural beauty with clear waters ideal for snorkelling.

From Cumbre del Sol you can explore the Costa Blanca with the AP7 and the national N332 roads allowing good access to all the towns of Benissa, Calpe, Denia, and Altea.
