The price of resale homes increased by 4.9%, the highest increase since May 2007

Thus, La Rioja is the community that has seen the most decline in recent years (-56.8%), followed by Navarre (-53.8%), Aragon (-51.4%), Castilla-La Mancha (-51.3%), Murcia (-49.4%), Asturias (-46.8%), Comunitat Valenciana (-45.7%), Cantabria (-43.1%), Catalonia (-42% , 1%), Madrid (-40.9%), Extremadura (-40.6%).
